Coaching sessions also help you achieve the goals you aspire to in your personal or professional life. I am a certified coach and I lead sessions based on the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certified Coaching Principles, which ensure a professional commitment based on respect, deep listening, impartiality, and self-empowerment. What can you achieve through training sessions? • Internal clarity about what you really want and choosing between alternatives. • Breaking free from repetitive thought patterns and obstacles. • Improve your relationship with yourself and with others. • Making confident decisions based on awareness, not fear. • Reconnect with your values, your femininity, your intuition and self-knowledge. • Moving from a feeling of being lost or stuck to empowerment and clarity.

Coaching Sessions Objective: Coaching sessions focus on empowering individuals to understand themselves, gain clarity, and move forward when they have specific personal or professional goals but are unsure how to achieve them. They also help you reach a deeper level of inner clarity.All coaching sessions are conducted according to the highest standards and best practices of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Approach: Dr. Fairouz is a certified coach at the PCC level. She works with you as a partner and catalyst to expand self-awareness, understand emotions, and develop decision-making skills through practical steps that go beyond narrow goal-setting.These sessions are not advice-based; instead, they are future-focused and action-oriented, encouraging conscious movement forward. Holistic Healing Programs Objective: These programs are designed to support individuals on a deep holistic healing journey. Each program focuses on a specific emotional experience (such as shame, guilt, attachment, anger, fear, sadness, etc.) through tailored exercises and practices. Approach: The programs are based on recognized therapeutic approaches in holistic healing.They include daily activities and tools that help reframe and process emotions at their root level. - 08We offer individual sessions and training packages (monthly subscriptions). We recommend starting with a general consultation, and during your journey, you can choose the subscriptions we recommend, as they enhance your commitment and ability to achieve the desired results. Significant change occurs through a series of focused and regular sessions. Furthermore, subscriptions offer a valuable discount compared to individual sessions.

- 10The number of sessions required varies from person to person depending on the nature of their challenges. Some people may notice significant changes after just one session, while others need more time. During the sessions, we will continuously assess your progress and adjust your holistic healing or coaching plan to ensure optimal results. Therefore, some programs are designed with a specific timeframe because they are based on a focused and clearly defined plan.

Click on the "Our Services" menu, then "Book Sessions and Programs", then select "First Time Consultation Session" (the same way to book coaching sessions or healing programs (there are several options), but if this is the first time, start with "First Time Consultation Session"). 3. Choose the appropriate date and time (they will appear automatically according to your local time zone) 4. Make sure you have registered/logged in to your account. 5. Fill in your basic information 6. Complete the payment using your bank card, Apple Pay, or PayPal. 7. Check your account/email for confirmation and get the Zoom link. Booking Sessions Using Your Plan: • Go to “Our Services,” then “Book Sessions,” and select the appropriate session type. • Choose a suitable date and time (these will automatically appear in your local time zone—please do not change anything). • Make sure you are signed up/logged into your account. • Check your account/email for confirmation and your Zoom link. • On the payment screen, select your plan name from the dropdown menu so the session is deducted from your balance—no additional payment will be required.

We regularly assess your progress to ensure the plan aligns with your evolving needs from the very first session. For recorded courses only: To enable you to make the best decision for your personal growth, we offer a free 10-minute Q&A session during which you can ask your questions about the best paid recorded course that suits your needs. Please note that this session is intended to help you choose the right course and is not a consultation. It will help you select a course that aligns with your goals and expectations before committing to any paid materials.
