Scope of Services & Emergency Policy
Holistic Healing Services:
Our holistic healing services are limited to personal development and life coaching programs. The holistic practitioner is not a medical doctor and does not prescribe any medication. Clients must seek professional help for issues requiring medical treatment or psychiatric medications or if they are currently under treatment.
Coaching & Training Services:
Life coaching and training services are limited to guidance and personal development sessions. The coach is not a licensed therapist or medical doctor. Clients should seek professional assistance for any issues requiring psychiatric medication or therapy. Coaching is not a substitute for psychological or holistic treatment.
Religious & Ethical Neutrality:
Consultations, coaching sessions, healing sessions, and training programs are not for religious fatwas and do not conflict with any religious beliefs. We respect all beliefs without discrimination.
Results Disclaimer:
No specific outcomes are guaranteed. The client is fully responsible for decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from participation in sessions or programs.
Recording & Sharing Restrictions:

Recording of any session or content is strictly prohibited unless explicitly provided by the trainer. Violations may have legal consequences.

Sharing session content or course materials with any third party, including first-degree relatives (parents, spouse, children, siblings), is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
Validity of Services & Programs:

All live sessions and consultations are valid for 90 days from the payment date. Sessions must be booked within this period, otherwise the subscription is void without prior notice, refund, or transfer.

Recorded programs vary in validity depending on the course and are specified on the subscription page, with a minimum of one year.

Extensions of session or program validity are available for an additional 50% fee of the original subscription or program cost and renewed for the same original duration.
Emergency Support:

To maintain quality and respect for client time, support outside of sessions is limited to extreme emergencies.

No consultations are provided via social media messages.

All services must be booked via our website or through customer support.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy:

Sessions may be rescheduled a maximum of twice per month within the subscription period. Any rescheduling outside the subscription period is subject to extension terms.

No refunds for cancellations; sessions may only be rescheduled per terms above.

Rescheduling is allowed less than 2 hours with a 50% session fee deduction.

The provider reserves the right to cancel any session or program without refund in cases of: misconduct, abuse, discrimination, hate speech, or unauthorized recording/sharing of materials.

Services are non-transferable to another person under any circumstances.
No-Show Policy:

Missed sessions without prior rescheduling or notification at least 2 hours before the session will be counted as fully attended, with no refund or compensation.

Clients are fully responsible for session attendance and verifying subscription validity.

Maximum waiting time for live consultations is 15 minutes unless the client provides prior notice.
Payment Policy:

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

For Click or bank transfer payments, payment must be made within 48 hours of booking and at least 24 hours before the session to avoid cancellation.

No credit or deferred payments are accepted. Insurance coverage is not currently available.

Payments are non-refundable, but sessions may be rescheduled within 90 days.

Emergency or after-hours sessions are subject to 25% additional fee on top of the regular session fee.
Fair Use Policy:

Services may be refused to anyone failing to comply with policies or demonstrating misconduct, disrespect, or inappropriate behavior.

Services must not be used for illegal, unethical purposes, or any activity that may harm others.
Legal Responsibility Policy:

Clients are responsible for applying guidance and advice from sessions. The trainer or practitioner is not liable for any decisions or outcomes resulting from sessions.

The organization is not responsible for technical issues or service interruptions due to circumstances beyond its control, such as internet or equipment failures.

Booking a session via website or direct link constitutes full agreement to these terms and conditions.

Using our services implies consent to the collection and use of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
