Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) – Life Coaching, Healing Sessions & Online Courses

Effective Date: The date of booking the session or service

First Party (Service Provider): Dr. Fairouz Mustafa and DrFai369 or her authorized representatives
Second Party (Recipient): The client or their authorized representative

Purpose of the Agreement
This agreement aims to ensure the complete confidentiality of all information exchanged between the parties during life coaching sessions, consultations, healing sessions, or training programs (live or recorded), as well as any content or information provided via the trainer’s website. It safeguards the client’s privacy, the trainer’s intellectual property, and the professional rights of the trainer.

Definition of Confidential Information
Confidential information includes, but is not limited to:

• Personal, health, professional, or financial information of the client.

• Details related to coaching techniques, educational materials, course content, presentations, and exercises provided by the trainer, whether in sessions or via the website.

• Protected content, whether paid or free, available to the client through the online platform, including videos, documents, exercises, and any other digital resources.

• All communications between the parties, whether written (including email and text), verbal, audio, or via any form of communication.

Obligations of the Parties

Trainer:

• Commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information and not disclosing it to any third party without the client’s prior written consent, unless required by law.

Client:

• Agrees not to record, distribute, copy, download, reproduce, republish, or use any session content, materials, or website content for personal use outside the permitted scope, or for commercial/educational purposes without written permission from the trainer.

• Agrees not to share login credentials to the platform or courses with anyone, including immediate family members, under any circumstances.

• Agrees not to develop, replicate, or provide similar services based on the trainer’s content without explicit written consent.

• Agrees not to share materials on AI platforms or social media under any circumstances.

Exceptions
This agreement does not apply to information that:

• Becomes public knowledge without breach by either party and is freely available on social media.

• Is lawfully obtained by the recipient from a third party without a confidentiality obligation and with the trainer’s written consent.

• Is disclosed in compliance with legal requirements or a court order in the relevant jurisdiction.

Duration of the Agreement
This agreement remains in effect throughout the coaching relationship, subscription period, or access to any trainer-provided content and continues for ten (10) years after the last session or interaction between the parties.

Intellectual Property
All materials, techniques, courses (live or recorded), and digital content provided by the trainer or via her website are the exclusive property of the trainer.
Clients may not use or share these materials outside the designated personal scope without written permission. Any violation of these rights may result in legal liability.

Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute arising from this agreement, the parties shall seek an amicable resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by UK laws, with international arbitration or the client’s jurisdiction as alternatives if required.

Additional Provisions

• Booking a session, completing a reservation, or accessing any website content constitutes automatic agreement to all terms herein without the need for a physical signature.

• Clients are advised to read this agreement carefully before booking or accessing any content.
